We are delighted to announced a compelling range of social events for this year’s Victim Support Europe’s 30th Anniversary in Berlin.
To complement the conference, we invite you to take part in a social program that offers culture, talks and fine dining. Get the chance to spend a few evenings with colleagues and new acquaintances in an informal atmosphere in Berlin.
On Tuesday evening (12 May), all participants are kindly invited to attend the pre-conference Dinner – flying buffet – at the Museum für Naturkunde. While enjoying the dinner, you can see how our world looked like 150 million years ago. A particular highlight of the museum is the original Berlin specimen of the primaeval bird Archaeopteryx lithographica.
On Wednesday evening (13 May), we will enjoy the conference Gala Dinner as a true highlight in the social programme of our 30th Anniversary Conference.
When entering the Wintergarten Berlin you are already drawn into a different universe by the magnificent setting of the variety theater. Dark velvet, precious wood and the unique starry sky make up an atmosphere as it was typically known for the glamorous 1920s. Leave your everyday world outside the door and enjoy an evening full of chic and that certain something.
On Thursday evening (14 May), we invite you to Brauhaus Lemke, home to enthusiastic specialist brewers. The team around brewer Oliver Lemke in this two-storey microbrewery and gastro pub serve different types of Lemke’s own craft beer as well as their Berliner Weisse sour beer, a type almost forgotten for many years. Here, you can also take a journey through the rich culinary legacy of the capital of Germany.
